Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Scope

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," or "your") and DSS MEDIA, LLC, doing business as GEOall ("GEOall," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in Colorado. By accessing or using the GEOall platform, website, and associated analytics services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. The Service

GEOall provides a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform specializing in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) analytics, including AI visibility tracking and technical audit blueprints. The Service is subject to modification, updates, and enhancements at our sole discretion.

3. Billing, Payments, and Auto-Renewal

• Fees: Access to specific features requires payment. Our standard offerings include a one-time technical audit report ($299) and an ongoing automated visibility tracking subscription ($99/month).
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By submitting payment details, you agree to Stripe’s Consumer Terms of Service and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
• Auto-Renewal: Monthly subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing section of your GEOall dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our technical audits and data analytics, all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the GEOall platform beyond permitted API limits.
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service.

5. Intellectual Property & Data Rights

• Our Rights: DSS MEDIA, LLC retains all ownership, intellectual property rights, and title to the GEOall platform, its proprietary scoring algorithms, code, and interface. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Service.
• Your Data: You retain ownership of the specific brand data and URLs you submit. You grant GEOall a license to host, process, and analyze this data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• "As-Is" Service: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific visibility outcomes or rankings on third-party AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity).
• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DSS MEDIA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to GEOall in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
